1. Scheduling & Access Requirements Commercial service appointments must be scheduled by an authorized representative of the business or property. A site contact must be available on arrival to provide access to electrical rooms, panels, equipment, and any restricted areas required to perform the work. Delays due to lack of access may result in additional charges. 2. Scope of Work All commercial work is performed according to the approved scope outlined in the estimate or service request. Any conditions discovered on site that differ from the information provided may require a revised scope, change order, or additional authorization before work continues. 3. Safety & Compliance Four Peaks Electrical performs all work in accordance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA 1910.333 standards. If unsafe conditions are present—such as energized equipment, structural hazards, or code violations—we reserve the right to stop work until the site is made safe. 4. Permits & Inspections Commercial electrical work may require permits, engineered drawings, or inspections depending on jurisdiction and project type. Four Peaks Electrical will advise when permits are required. Permit fees, engineering fees, and inspection delays are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing. 5. Equipment & Material Requirements All materials and equipment installed must meet commercial‑grade specifications and comply with local utility and code requirements. If the client provides materials, Four Peaks Electrical is not responsible for defects, incompatibility, or delays caused by customer‑supplied products. 6. Utility Coordination (PNM or Other Providers) When utility coordination is required—such as service upgrades, disconnect/reconnect, transformer requests, or meter relocations—the client must provide accurate site information and approvals. Utility timelines are outside our control, and scheduling is subject to PNM availability. 7. Pricing & Billing Commercial service work is billed at the rates listed in the estimate or service agreement. Additional charges may apply for: After‑hours or emergency service Access delays Change orders Equipment rentals Utility coordination fees Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. 8. Cancellations & Rescheduling Commercial appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same‑day cancellations or no‑access events may incur a service call fee.
